Once an order is placed through our website or app, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Clear photos showing the issue
- A description of the problem
- Your order confirmation number
Refunds or exchanges will not be granted in the following cases:
- Damage caused by customer misuse or negligence
- Opened products that cannot be resold (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)
- Failure to report the issue within 48 hours (Store credit may be issued instead)
Refund & Store Credit Processing
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- If the payment was made via bank transfer, you must provide the necessary bank details for a direct refund.
- Approved refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process.
- If an issue is reported after the 48-hour timeframe, store credit may be issued instead of a refund.
- Store credit is typically processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
Return Shipping for Damaged Items
- If a return is required for a damaged or incorrect item, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- If a return is requested, the product must be returned in its original condition, or the refund may be denied.
Purchases from Third-Party Retailers
- If you purchased a product from a retailer, please contact the store directly for returns or exchanges.
- We do not process returns or refunds for items purchased from third-party retailers.
