Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A description of the problem
  • Your order confirmation number


Refunds or exchanges will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by customer misuse or negligence
  • Opened products that cannot be resold (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)
  • Failure to report the issue within 48 hours (Store credit may be issued instead)


Refund & Store Credit Processing

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • If the payment was made via bank transfer, you must provide the necessary bank details for a direct refund.
  • Approved refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process.
  • If an issue is reported after the 48-hour timeframe, store credit may be issued instead of a refund.
  • Store credit is typically processed within 3-5 business days after approval.

Return Shipping for Damaged Items

  • If a return is required for a damaged or incorrect item, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • If a return is requested, the product must be returned in its original condition, or the refund may be denied.

Purchases from Third-Party Retailers

  • If you purchased a product from a retailer, please contact the store directly for returns or exchanges.
  • We do not process returns or refunds for items purchased from third-party retailers.
